1.       Datang Ningde Port,
2.       Huadian Kemen Port,
3.       Dongwu Port,
4.       Shanghai Luojing Port,
5.       Huarun Shantou Port,
6.       Huilai Port,
7.       Huarun Nansha Port,
8.       Guangzhou Xiji, Port,
9.       Guodian Ledong Port can only accept Chinese flag vessel to berth and discharge if it’s imported coal
10.   Fangchenggang Port, only Customs supervision stock yards are allowed to accept imported coal.
         The effect falls most in ports across Fujian, Guangdong and Guangxi provinces.
11.    Qingdao Dongjiakou terminal is also permitted for discharging coal.

(FYI. there is a vsl intended to call Dongjiakou initially, and changed to Qingdao Xigang for discharging)

Meantime, Fuzhou adds difficulty to Customs Clearance.
1, CIQ is necessary,
2, More casual inspection and samples will be sent to Guangzhou lab.
3, Full set of original loading port certs is necessary.
