Re ;  Asian Gypsy Moth / How to apply 'Free Certificate    1.  Issuing AGM certificate   - AGM free cert is issued by CCIC and CCIC survey Co., Ltd is exclusive company which is   authorized to issue AGM Free Cert. - In fact, AGM inspection is a kind of survey.   2.  Tariff   1) Inspection & cert charge ;    - Rmb8,500 (usd1,360)/case with GRT<=35,000    - Rmb10,500(usd1,680)/case with GRT>35,000   2) Transportation charge ;    - Tug or traffic boat: as per actual.    - Car transportation: as per actual.  If in port, sometimes no charge.   3. Branch office of CCIC survey    1)  Tianjin, Heibei (Shijiazhuang), Qinghuangdao,  Liaoning (Dalian), Shanghai, Jiangshu (Nanjing),       Zhejiang(Hangzhou), Ningbo, Fujian(Fuzhou), Xiamen, Shandong(Qingdao), Guangdong(Guangzhou),       Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Hainan, Guangxi(Fangcheng).  2)  The CCIC branch office will arrange surveyor to attend onboard for inspection.       Basically, AGM inspection can be acting at any China ports.       But must apply before two(2) days in advance and keep efficient time for arrangement.   4. How to apply   - Normally 2 days before vsl's sailing. - Applied by owner or agent.
