2) Main adjustments are: 

- Enforcement of advanced manifest submission (24Hours prior to Loading) for goods (local Import + Tran-shipment) discharged in ALL Chinese ports  
- Original Manifest data submitted must contain a detailed, complete and accurate goods description (same must be reflected under all Bills of Lading). 
- Additional data elements which must be included are listed in following table:

Kindly be advised that China Customs Authorities (GACC) has unveiled Order No.56 (2017) which will adjust China Customs Advanced Manifest (CCAM) rule for both import and export.
From 1st/Jun/2018
1 Enforcement of the 24-hour CCAM rule which requires filings of Advanced Manifest before 24 hours prior to vessel arrive first mainland port.If we cannot declare at 24hrs before first mainland po
rt,our vessel may cannot entry until we get the confirmation from local custom
2.The manifest data must be accurate and complete for all goods under the Bill of Lading (BL).
3.Full details of the Shipper and Consignee (or Notify Party if Consignee is To Order) must be provided in the shipping instruction (SI).
 

Please kindly provide below information for both Qingdao and LYG for declare at least 2 working days before vessel arrival first mainland port.

4) 적용시 선사에서 주의 점

선박이 중국 도착 최소 24시간전 (권고 48시간 전)  상기 요건에 부합되는 MANIFEST제공하여야 합니다.
만약, 2 PORT 양하일 시 1ST PORT 도착 전 24시간 전에 (권고 48시간 전) 에 대리점에 제공하여야 선박 접안 일정에 지연 발생 하지 않습니다.
