* 비고 :  현지 대리점을 통하여 MSA, Customs, immigration, quarantine, pilot 등의 움직임을  수집 정리한 것임.
* 종합 의견 :
 선박 입/출항, 화물 작업, Spare part 공급 및 통관, 청수 공급, SPRO 등 대부분의 업무에서는 사드 이슈에 따른 특별한 불이익이 감지되지 않으며, 이전과 같이 Normal 하게 진행되고 있습니다.
 다만 PSC 수검 시 KR class 인 선박에 대하여 수검을 강화하고, 중대한(?) deficiency 를 주려는 움직임이 있어 주의가 요구됩니다.
 남쪽 항만 보다는 북쪽 항만들이 좋지 않은 분위기가 감지되므로  Bayuchaun, Caofeidian/Jingtang, Xingang, Dalian 등 북쪽 항만의 PSC 수검 시 더욱 철저한 대비가 필요합니다.
