We have reviewed log discharge operations of main log ports in
China against Wuhan coronavirus.
As you can see below discharge operations are rather slow due to
lack of stevedore labors but it is normal.
It is strictly prohibited that all crew go shore or even land
berths for short checking at wharf, if any.
With regard to fumigators they can
not leave from vessel all ports in China ports, thus please work
this issue with owenrs to find out next ports.
This issue was confirmed by GENERA Manager Mr Xin

Most of major cities are on holiday until Feb 9 (Sun), 2020 and
school winter vacation have postponed to Mar 2, 2020 from mid Feb, 2020
