current situation from Shanghai pilot station>
Due to the complex epidemic
situation, the transportation of pilots between Shanghai Baoshan pilot
Station
Center and Taicang has been
severely blocked, several pilots and drivers have been isolated, pilot
production
organization cannot be implemented
as planned, and a large amount of vessels for import and export
Yangtze
river were accumulated. According
to the situation and control requirements of the epidemic, the pilot
station
will conduct timely research and
judgment, strengthen information transmission, formulate
timely response
measures, and give priority to ship plans with high relevance to national
economy and people's livelihood by
referring to
the priority order. Please
be sure to understand, cooperate and support, and jointly do a good job
of pilotage service in special
period.

1) Vessel ; Many
vessels are waiting for discharge.
(由于等泊卸货的船多。)
2) Weather ; Port closed due to dence fog, strong wind, heavy rain, snow, and
etc.
(由于大雾,大风,大雨等天气原因)
3) Others ; Channel closed due to sunken vessel, collision, navy drill, and
etc.
(由于沉船,碰撞,军事演习等原因导致航道关闭等特殊情况。)
